The export is <strong>asynchronous</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>You trigger an export and immediately receive an <code>export_job_id</code>.</li> <li>The job runs in the background, writing <strong>one CSV per conversation</strong> and bundling them into a single <strong>ZIP</strong> file.</li> <li>You poll the job until it finishes to obtain a <strong>presigned download URL</strong> (valid for 24 hours).
